This year marks 100 years since the Battle of Pozieres, not that many Australians would know it.

Pozieres Remembrance Association President Barry Gracey is furious at the government’s ignorance of Pozieres and its plans to bury Aussie diggers at the nearby British war cemetery, rather than a purpose built Aussie one.

So what’s he doing about it? Mr Gracey is mortgaging his own house to build one.
