The State government will meet at an emergency road safety summit next month after a spate of fatal car crashes in the state but its Opposition is calling for urgent action now.

6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl discussed the shocking road toll so far this year where there have been 118 deaths equating to one West Australian killed on our roads every two days.

“We all think we’re infallible on occasions where we think it will never happen to me but it will happen to you eventually – if you drive long enough, you will be exposed to something on the roads that will shock you,” Millsy said.
