A report has emerged, raising questions about why Australian builders are completing half as many homes per hour as they were 30 years ago.

Perth Today host Simon Beaumont spoke to Matt Bothe from Five Homes about the issue. He says homes are bigger, and Metronet, mining, and other large projects are contributing to a labour shortage.
