West Australian companies are the least likely to force staff into the office, with many promoting flexible working arrangements.

However, despite this WA has had one of the largest returns to working in the office in the country.

Property Council WA executive director Sandra Brewer told Jo McManus on 6PR Afternoons people should return to the office when possible.

“People are continuing to come into the office because they enjoy it,” said Ms Brewer.
