A 99-year-old World War 2 veteran could miss out on the Anzac Day Dawn Service at Kings Park due to a 500 person crowd cap.

Wednesday marks Harold Slater’s 99th Birthday, and he is desperate to go to the service, but unfortunately, due to the capacity requirements, he is yet to receive an invite.
