A moustachioed, arguable hirsute man present at the King’s Coronation has faced the gauntlet on whether he’s Meghan Markle or, in fact, a regular human being.

He’s now been reputedly identified as Sir Karl Jenkins, a well-known Welsh composer, but there’s plenty of people who are still asking conspiratorial questions.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast Sir Jenkins has had to make multiple appearances in order to clear the air.

“He says he’s had the moustache since he was 17 and it’s all legit, but what a good sport he is to embrace it,” Mr Ford said.
