State offers million-dollar rewards for infamous murder tip-offs
The State Government has built a list of historic murders and disappearances they want to solve, with rewards of up to $1 million for each.
The amount for information on the murders of Ray and Jennie Kehlet, as police believe they were both killed by the same person.
Australian journalist Caroline Overington has investigated the apparent murders, and told Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings the family believes a eight-year mystery may be solved if Jennie’s remains are found.
“If you were to go out to the WA Goldfields and find something that connects this crime to the killer, there’s a $2 million reward,” Ms Overington said.
