Check-in Changes set to fly
Passengers who fly JetStar will need to set their alarms earlier as the airline is making customers check in and arrive at the boarding gate earlier.
Since border restrictions were eased the domestic airline has been struggling to meet the high consumer demand.
Curtin University Associate Professor Doctor Michael Baird told Ian Blackley on 6PR Afternoons the shake up is aimed to help the domestic airline decrease delays.
“From a business perspective for the airline it actually will make a difference and benefits them for getting on time because they are currently Australia’s least reliable airline,” Mr Baird said.
