The Property Council of WA has has unveiled the top five priority locations for transit-oriented development in Perth, along with key recommendations to support their success.

Property Council of WA Executive Director Sandra Brewer told Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR Afternoons transit-oriented suburbs were specifically targets for development in order to improve general affordability.

“We are a very broad city by international standards,” Ms Brewer said.

“The challenge is to house a growing population in a way that is affordable but also preserves our tree canopy, our amenities and our lifestyle.”
