A new open-space draft policy police released by the WA Government will apply the current 10 per cent public open space fee to strata and everyday developers.

Managing Director of Strategic Property Group Trent Fleskens spoke to Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live.

Mr Fleskens told Oly he believed mum and dad property developers will be scared off if the draft policy goes ahead.
