Sad news for Perth music fans: much-loved Scottish singer-songwriter has had to cancel the rest of his tour, including Perth dates, due to health reasons.

Capaldi has been open and honest about his health issues and confirmed he needs to spend time “focusing on his mental and physical health,” per a statement form the musician.

UK reporter Enda Brady told Karl and Gena on 6PR Breakfast said the singer showed signs of distress during his Glastonbury set.

“He’s a brilliant young fella… at one point he was asking the crowd to help finish his songs, he looked to be struggling,” Mr Brady said.
