Like many parents, one dad is sick of the school holiday rush – and is arguing parents should be able to decide when holidays should be to avoid it.

“Especially in the early years, even though education is important, we’re not learning for sheep stations here,” Mr Emery said.
” To catch up on a week’s worth of Maths or English – especially if they’re given homework, it’s doable.”
