Known for his roles as the original Friedrich von Trapp in The Sound of Music and recently starring in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Nicholas Hammond has now come to Perth for the 50th Anniversary Production of The Rocky Horror Show at Crown Theatre

Mr Hammond spoke with Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR’s Afternoons and reflected on his role as the narrator in The Rocky Horror Show.

“In some ways, I think the show is kind of way ahead of its time,” he said.

“Under all the fun and the glitz and the rock and roll and silliness, there are a couple of fundamental themes that I think are very very valid.”
