Lake Richmond in Rockingham is the latest place to be included on the State Heritage Register.  Anne Arnold, Chair of the Heritage Council of WA chats about this and also the chance find of a very rare 1881 Ticket of Leave which has been donated to the Fremantle Prison Museum Collection.
