Qantas chief Alan Joyce has announced a “remarkable turnaround three years in the making” during the airline’s shareholder address.

The national carrier announced profits extending into the billions, as the company remains as the most complained-about business in Australia.

Millsy and Karl expressed their vexation at the news on 6PR Breakfast as well as the multiple issues 6PR listeners have shared about their experiences with Qantas.

“Guess what, Alan?  You might be happy and the shareholders might be happy, but you’ve got a record number of complaints, and there’s people out there who still haven’t got their money back,” Karl said.
