Qantas reports staggering profits as complaints hit record high
Qantas chief Alan Joyce has announced a “remarkable turnaround three years in the making” during the airline’s shareholder address.
The national carrier announced profits extending into the billions, as the company remains as the most complained-about business in Australia.

“Guess what, Alan? You might be happy and the shareholders might be happy, but you’ve got a record number of complaints, and there’s people out there who still haven’t got their money back,” Karl said.
