The Long Table: lauded Perth chef Chase Weber shares his passion
Every fortnight Perth chef Chase Weber joins Jamie Burnett in the studio for the Long Table. Talking good food and drink, Chase will bring you the latest on new bars, restaurants and events across Perth, while also helping you in the kitchen with tips and recipes for home.
Weber is an award-winning chef, and one of Perth’s most celebrated. He’s currently working with a range of venues and events, but has previously been the chef behind venues including The Standard, The Royal Hotel, Fleur, Dandelion and more.
