Last year 71-year-old Ron McNally was given a terminal cancer diagnosis. In January he stopped immunotherapy for his mesothelioma and was told he had two years to live. He is using that time to urge West Australians to support cancer research.

Mr McNally joined Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live and said as a Daffodil Day ambassador he wants to make others’ lives better and urged 6PR listeners to support cancer research,

“Don’t do it for me, do it for your future, your children’s future, and I hope it does you well.”
