A Perth shopping centre has removed a skip bin that had been blocking a disabled parking bay for more than a month.

Advocacy WA Chief Executive Stuart Schonell told Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR’s Afternoons say the frustrating act is more than common.

“It’s just so common, we come across it all the time…We often see trade vehicles, people putting trailers and witches hats in [ACROD bays] to block for events.”
