‘Serial investors’ are spoiling Perth market – what can you do about it?
Enquiries for properties from East Coast investors are now overshadowing those of local buyers, pointing to the massive inequity and inaccessibility currently facing WA’s property market.
The Agency’s Rash Dhanjal told Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR Afternoons “serial investors” overrepresent East Coast involvement in local purchases and auctions.
“They usually have gone through Brisbane, moved out of there and are active in Adelaide at the moment,” Mr Dhanjal said.
“But Perth is the new kid on the block for them.”
