International research has found evidence which suggests being a fan of horror movie and games could be making people less anxious and stressed.

Mark Miller from the centre of consciousness and contemplative studies at Monash University and the University of Toronto says the research has been promising.

“A colleague of mine looked at people during COVID and looked at horror movie aficionados versus people who don’t like horror movies,” he told 6PR Mornings.
