It’s been 24 years but the “Dullsville” debate over Perth’s appeal and value to residents has reared its ugly head yet again.

Crown chief David Tsai has hit out at the lack of entertainment and amenity in the city, and at least gave the impression that issues was a big cause behind dwindling attendance numbers.

But the Perth Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas told Millsy and Karl onĀ 6PR Breakfast Mr Tsai is only commenting from the perspective of Crown

“Apparently he’s talking about a commercial lean on his own business operations, and not talking about Perth in general,” Mr Zempilas said.
