Armed with a hefty agenda, the Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is enroute to his third cabinet meeting in Western Australia next week but former deputy prime minister Barnaby Joyce antics have overshadowed the PM’s moves.

Joyce has been filmed taking a phone call whilst lying down on the street in Canberra. 

Nationals leader David Littleproud has declined to comment.
