Perth Lord Mayor, Basil Zempilas joined Jo McManus on 6PR Mornings to discuss how the City of Perth council will trial offering a 12-month fee waiver for any upcoming international or national music festivals boasting a minimum 20,000 crowd at Langley Park.

The decision follows the incredible success of shows operated by popular electronic music artist Fred Again who drew massive crowds at the very last minute.
