After eight months, 400 hours of training and 800 km worth of swimming strokes, Greg Johnson is ready to tackle the Northern Channel, one of the world’s most difficult open water swims. The goal is to raise much needed funds for lifeline WA.

Greg spoke to 6PR Afternoons host, Julie-anne Sprague, oh his motivation to complete the 34km swim.

“We’re just trying to do something monumental to raise money and raise awareness and bring some other people joy from open water swimming,” he said.
