Reproductive leave introduced to ‘keep people in the workforce’

Certain sectors have been granted 12 days leave for all reproductive health matters.
Kate Marshall from the Health Services Union spoke to 6PR Mornings host Gary Adshead on why this leave is necessary for many employees.
“The aim is to keep people in the workforce for longer,” she said.
