The Australian Nursing Federation has reset its demands in EBA negotiations requesting a 20 per cent wage increase over three years, free parking or public transport and a $10,000 payment towards HECS debts for all nurses and midwives.

Australian Nursing Federation State Secretary Mark Olson told 6PR Perth Live host Oliver Peterson if the ANF wanted to attract nurses and midwives across the country, it can’t be at the “bottom of the table”.

“It’s not just a headline wage increase,” Mr Olson said.
