From Princes to Perth: Paul Wilson indulges Wildflower patrons with stunning new menu
From the suburbs of Sydney to cooking for the crown Prince, renowned chef Paul Wilson has just released his first full menu at Wildflower.
Wilson explained that it was his first time in Perth, after working in the Middle East for the royal family.
“I was about to head home… and as I got on the train an advert came up for Wildflower.” he told Jamie Burnett on 6PR Weekends.
“It just felt right to me, I had that feeling.”
