Many large music acts are deciding not to perform in Perth.

Oasis, The Weeknd, Dua Lipa, Paul McCartney, The Killers, Taylor Swift—the list goes on.

Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas discussed with 6PR Mornings host Gary Adshead why, despite our amazing venues, we still can’t attract the big names.

“It is not a criticism of the state government; it is actually a legitimate question,” said the Lord Mayor.
