Mark Readings lifts lid on new Perth NRL proposal

Mark Readings has revealed there is a new proposal for an NRL team in Perth.
It comes after negotiations with the Perth Bears came to halt, with the ARL Commission stepping in and revising the proposal in collaboration with the WA government.
