City of Vincent council is considering expanding its smoke and vape free zones by adding a further penalty if a smoker refuses to stop in front of an officer.

Vincent Mayor Alison Xamon spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said the council will look at whether it wants to expand its smoke and vape free town centres to other areas of the city.
