How 12 days of reproductive leave could save billions
The Australian economy is losing up to $26.55 billion annually by not offering reproductive health leave which has led to a new push for 12 days of reproductive health leave per annum for all employees.
Workplace culture and leadership expert Tammy Tansley spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said we were much more aware now of the impact of reproductive issues for both men and women.
