A proposed $10 million development near Albany has fallen through after caveats factoring in future environmental changes made the plans unworkable.

Paul King from Seashells Hospitality Group expressed his frustration to 6PR Breakfast hosts Millsy and Karl, warning that this issue could affect future development near the coast.

“What’s it going to be worth to someone in the future if they feel they are going to have to reinstate it or give it back to whoever’s in charge with a crown on their head in England?” he said.
