WA councils have been asked to sign a confidentiality agreement in exchange for vital biosecurity information to fight the invasive polyphagous shot-hole borer.

City of Canning mayor Patrick Hall spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said he didn’t think it was the “gold standard of transparency” that the community was expecting from the State government.
