The peak body for road safety is calling on the Federal Government to address high road trauma rates nationwide, and implement measures including designing and managing new roads to a minimum three-star safety rating.

Australasian College of Road Safety CEO Dr Ingrid Johnston spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said in 2024, 1300 people died on Australian roads.
