Foster carers echo Police Commissioner’s statement

The Foster Care Association says earlier intervention is needed for children who are being neglected by parents.
WA Director Faye Alford’s comments echo the State’s Police Commissioners calls for reform to help tackle child neglect.
Ms Alford says the more dollars spent on intervention – the more money it saves tax payers in the long run.
She spoke with Adam Shand.
