It’s safe to say the Australia Republic Movement are excited about Prime Minister Turnbull’s hint of a postal survey to get ideas to cut the ties with the UK and become a republic.

The National Director of the Australia Republic Movement, Michael Cooney, spoke with 6PR Breakfast and said there’s growing support for becoming a republic.

We held a poll on Facebook and Twitter that shows the vote to remain the same slightly wins.
