Crowd capacity at Optus Stadium will be capped at 40,000 for a likely Perth Scorchers semi-final match later this month.
Transport minister Rita Saffioti has confirmed on Mornings with Gareth Parker, weekday peak hour traffic issues have prompted the ticket restriction.
