Scarborough has a new look and it’s finally open to the public. The City of Stirling Mayor is excited about the redeveloped Scarborough foreshore and says it’s “absolutely sensational” but it has been a long time coming.

“We certainly have a lot of empathy for the businesses they’ve struggled through this process. There’s a couple who haven’t survived the whole redevelopment” but they are looking at how they can get back into the area, Mark Irwin told 6PR Breakfast.
