A surfer is today recovering in hospital after receiving leg injuries in a shark attack this morning at Lefthanders Surf Spot.

Sam Roberts was on the beach today and witnessed the surfer being airlifted to Perth.

Channel 9’s Michael Stamp also told Oliver Peterson a second surfer has been injured after entering the water as he was unaware the attack had taken place.
