A Perth mum is facing a heart-wrenching dilemma over the crippling cost of medicinal cannabis, which is proving a life-changing treatment for her daughter.

Marina Spence’s 13 year old daughter Mikayla has a neurological disorder which can lead to debilitating pain and seizures.
