Number of smokers quitting in decline in Australia
Western countries including Canada, USA and England have seen a dramatic rise in the rate of people quitting smoking, whereas Australia’s 2.6 million smokers, who’re paying for the highest priced cigarettes in the world, are well behind with just a 0.2 per cent decrease from 2013 to 2016.
