The editor of The West Australian newspaper has defended the paper’s push for State Liberal Leader Mike Nahan to be removed from the top job.

Brett McCarthy told Mornings with Gareth Parker he stands-by the newspaper’s approach since Dr Nahan dismissed mainstream media as lacking relevance.

Deputy Liberal leader Liza Harvey also told Mornings, Dr Nahan has her support and won’t be rolled.
