WA is the only state without regulation for the short stay accommodation industry. Brent Thomas is AirBnB’s Head of Public Policy and is calling for the State Government to regulate the sector.

He said that people want clarity around sharing their house or room with short stay visitors. AirBnB support the states and territories that are already bringing in rules and regulation to protect home sharers.
