Today apiarist and owner of The House of Honey in the Swan Valley, Rupert Phillips, joined Oliver Peterson in the studio for Flavours of WA.

Rupert told us about the craft of beekeeping and some of the lesser known qualities of honey, such as its anti-bacterial properties.

Oly tried jarrah honey and loved it! Unfortunately this honey is becoming harder to produce due to logging of jarrah trees.
