Flavours of WA – Torre Butchers
Today on Flavours of WA the bovine surgeon David Torre from Torre Butchers joined us in the studio to talk about the old sausage.
Along with a bit of a history lesson, Torre gave us his tips on making the best snags. It’s important to have a good amount of fat in there. Fat = flavour!
He also took your calls on all things meat.
