Today on Flavours of WA, Brittany Garbutt owner of Pretzel joins Oliver Peterson in the studio.
First established in 2017, the pink shipping container in the Perth Cultural Centre is home to Pretzel.
Brittany, owner, head chef and designer began her love affair with pretzels after she worked her very first job at a pretzel bakery at age 14.
After working in brand management Brittany decided to open her own Pretzel business in Perth which is now expanding to more locations around WA.
