Flavours of WA – Cailo Chocolate
Today on Flavours of WA, Simona Carniello from Cailo Chocolate joined us in the studio to talk about their award winning small batch chocolate.
Cailo Chocolate is Perth’s only bean-to-bar producer. They import beans from Panama and The Solomon Islands before roasting them and turning them in chocolate. Their bars feature Australian ingredients such as sandalwood nuts from York, macadamias from Margaret River and a native plum called ooray from east coast rainforests.
