Kelly Bell has been on the fire ground in Esperance this week, reporting for the Kalgoorlie Miner.
Yesterday, on a tour of the devastated area with the Department of Parks and Wildlife, the reporter experienced a ‘hop over’, as vegetation surrounding their vehicle burst into flames.
Kelly described the scene to Gary Adshead on 6PR Mornings.
