According to new, gross research, 1 in 5 of us don’t always wash our hands after going to the toilet.

The Food Safety Information Council shared the shocking news about the spread of bacteria while Lydia Buchtman gave some very clear instructions to Steve and Baz.

“To do it properly you need to actually use running water because that will wash the bacteria away and soap. Do that, lather up well, for 20 seconds,” she instructed.
“And also dry thoroughly with a towel, normally for around 20 seconds”
