The Prime Minister maintains he has not done a “special deal” to repeal the Medivac laws.

The policy has been scrapped after winning the support of Independent Jackie Lambie.

Senator Lambie has demanded a mystery condition, but wont reveal what it is on security grounds.

Scott Morrison says he’s glad Medivac is gone, arguing it had been abused by asylum seekers trying to reach Australia.
